Non-screen type state of the art USFS approved turbine style spark arrestor specifically designed and tested to flow exactly the same as the stock OEM silencer thus providing zero reduction in performance.
This Gen. 2 version gets a 150 gram (5.3 oz) weight reduction over Gen. 1 via improved machining & manufacturing techniques with no changes to internal flow area dimensions (no changes to flow).
Note Gen.1 & Gen.2 endcaps are not interchangeable. The Gen.2 endcaps have a machined lip that interlocks with the end of the spark arrestor for improved alignment & strength allowing for a reduction in shell thickness/weight.
Applications: Beta 200-300cc RX, RR, RR Race Edition, & RR X-Pro 2-strokes 2020-2025 (EXCLUDING CROSS TRAINER & 2025 125cc model).
Cleaning: DO NOT USE degreasers with sodium hydroxide i.e. Purple Power, etc. These cleaners will attack the aluminum & anodized surfaces & make the anodized colors fade. Use regular household detergents (like Dawn) & WD-40 as a degreaser.
Note: Anodized color on end caps will fade over time due to heat, UV light, & chemical exposure. If you are concerned about color fade order the Silver Anodized color which uses no color dyes.
